The event starts at 11 am. After a sparkling reception with delicious welcome canapés, you will set to work equipped with a chef's apron. There, together with Edip Sigl, you will prepare a delicious barbecue menu. Under his expert guidance, you will peel, slice, chop and prepare everything for the grill. You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts, ideas, tips and tricks with the top chef.
Then it's off to the Green Egg Grill, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains. Together with Edip Sigl, you will prepare an exquisite 5-course menu on the grill in a cozy atmosphere and in convivial company. Each course is served at a long table on our beautiful roof terrace and accompanied by the appropriate drink.
