Training
We are committed to nurturing the next generation of professionals in the hospitality industry. We recruit apprentices (m/f/d) in the fields of catering, sport and fitness, golf, hotel and restaurant management, and event services. During their training programme, which lasts up to three years, our trainees rotate through various departments and are supported by our trainers. To help with career guidance, we also offer those interested the chance to get a taste of the practical side of the job in advance.
Staff
Whether you’re just starting out after completing your training or have several years’ professional experience: DAS ACHENTAL offers the right job for every level of experience. Whether in traditional roles in service, the kitchen, housekeeping or front and back office, or in areas such as spa, golf, sales and marketing.
Further development
Supporting our staff is our top priority. Whether on- or off-the-job, we tailor the right development programme for each employee to help them achieve their career goals and ensure we have genuine subject matter experts at the resort. To this end, we utilise internal cross-training, organise specialist training courses or provide support for specific further training.
