Harvest time, time of ripeness – Midweek Special
Autumn is the time when flavours gain depth. Nuances intensify, sweetness becomes more concentrated. In colour, texture and flavour, every ingredient embodies the whole of summer. Drawing on this bountiful harvest, Edip Sigl has created a six-course menu that allows you to experience the season in its purest form. The meal begins with a glass of champagne.
