Oliver Otto
As a former professional (including spells at VfB Stuttgart, SSV Ulm and Waldhof Mannheim), Oliver Otto won league titles and cup trophies as a player and made 25 appearances for the youth national team. His successes – from youth to senior level – make him the perfect mentor for young talents.

Mischa Leibfarth
As assistant coach of VfB Stuttgart’s U21s (3. Liga) and having worked with age groups from U12 to U19 in the VfB youth academy, Mischa Leibfarth brings a wealth of professional experience to the role. Achievements such as South German league titles, cup victories and promotions demonstrate his ability. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and a focus on talent development, he is the ideal coach for young footballers.

Lukas Liber
Lukas Liber has been part of VfB Stuttgart’s youth development programme since 2022, where he has worked in the development and competitive sections from the U14s to the U16s, including as head coach of the U15s. In the 2025/26 season, he will be assisting the U16s as an assistant coach. With a DFB B+ licence, a degree in German and Physical Education, and a wealth of experience in talent development, he brings technical expertise, a flair for teaching and a passion for young footballers.

Florian Mayer
Florian Mayer, aged 26, has been working with the Fussy Football Camp alongside former Bundesliga player Oliver Otto for several years. He began his football career at TSV Wernau. As part of his role at the football camp, he was responsible for running and organising the camp and has extensive experience working with children and young people aged between 6 and 14.
