Behind the name ES:SENZ is the pledge to concentrate on what is fundamental in every dish. Instead of lots of ingredients, just a few select components are used to get the best out of their original flavour. In keeping with our maxim ‘Pure Chiemgau’ it is predominantly regional produce that is used, in the best organic quality of course.
