We are looking for someone to join the marketing team at Resort Das Achental and the Chiemgauhof – Lakeside Retreat. We’re looking for content that isn’t just planned, but is seen, felt and well told.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
The Chiemgauhof – Lakeside Retreat and the Das Achental Resort are synonymous with relaxed luxury, exceptional hospitality, architecture, fine dining, nature and authentic experiences in the Chiemgau region.
To ensure these stories are also visible on social media, we’re looking for someone to support our marketing team. Someone with an eye for aesthetics, people and special moments. Someone who doesn’t just plan, but also observes, films, writes, edits and posts.
You don’t need to fully understand the hospitality industry right from the start. What’s more important is that you’re keen to immerse yourself in our two establishments and turn genuine moments into great content.
YOUR DUTIES
- Planning, creating and publishing social media content for our channels
- Producing photo and video content on location, particularly Reels, Stories and short clips
- Image editing, video editing and preparation of content for the respective channels
- Development of creative content ideas and maintenance of a structured content calendar
- Writing captions, storylines and short social media formats in an appropriate tone
- Live reporting at events, hotel functions and special occasions
- Community management, including responding to comments and messages
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in social media, content creation, online marketing or communications
- A keen eye for visual language, aesthetics, storytelling and content tailored to specific audiences
- Proficiency in using Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Adobe or similar programmes
- We’d particularly welcome a portfolio, examples of your work or your own social media projects, as these give us an initial impression of your style and your flair for content
