Under this motto we welcome you to our fitness area with a wonderful view of the mountains and meadows of Grassau and the surrounding area. ACTIVITY PROGRAM

The weekly changing activity program offers you numerous opportunities to be physically active during your stay or to discover new sports for yourself. Courses such as golf fitness await you here to mobilize your strength, deep-acting fascia training, effective water aerobics and guided circuit training.
