During a medium difficulty level mountain tour to the east summit of the Kampenwand an impressive view to Chiemsee, the Alpine foothills and the Central Alps chain awaits. Head through a mountain forest up to Steinlingalm on leisurely mountain paths. The ascent to the summit cross then proceeds via high Alpine ledge, rocky paths and a short - rope-secured - steep path. Fitness,
surefootedness and a head for heights are absolutely needed for this hike – and are rewarded with unique panoramic views on the summit.
